In the end, the balance held.
S Stan
-At Laikipia University, the air was crisp, but my nights were burning hot. My campus experience wasn't defined by the quiet walls of the library, but by the neon pulse of "The Main Street" and weekend trips to Nakuru. I became a master of the "outside" life, indulging in the social thrill of the scene and dancing until the sunrise hit the Aberdare ranges.

The weight of leading my colleagues
W Will Waweru
-As a college student, I have been involved in a lot of things in the name of experiencing. From traversing the streets of town to feel a sense of freedom, to joining funny programs, thinking it might get me out of my parents' home. especially since I am the only one who has never been allowed to stay outside my place and had to commute to school, but the one who gives me the most dread and stress is a leader.

My student ID holds a special place
W Willy
-My student ID has been an essential part of college life, acting as both a friend and a source of frustration. It has opened doors to benefits, such as discounts on bowling, which offers a fun escape after tough classes. A memorable moment occurred when I and a friend settled an argument about the Grand Prix with a bowling match, though I lost, it highlighted the importance of leisure amidst academic pressure.

Missed funky in high school
S Samuel K
-It was in the year 2006. We the the candidates of Kianyaga High School had high expectations of registering for our final exams. I really recall very well that it was on a Friday, 10th March and the next day, Saturday was a day that we were to host the District's Science Congress competitions. As a candidate, I had huge plan to get a girlfriend from one of those schools that would attend. It was every boy's dream to be seen walking around with beautiful girls. Now, I had one problem: I was shy and feared to approach girls. Solution, find a way to sneak out of school, grab some alcohol and drink it the next day. By this, I would be very confident to approach any girl, especially those from big schools like Bishop Gatimu Ngandu. Having decided on this, the next plan was to execute it.

I decided to go back 💔 to high school and began from Form 3 with full energy and determination...Luckily my return beared fruits when i finished my Form 4 for the second time and attained a quality grade...
