My Life at Kongoni Technical and Vocational College

Life at Kongoni Technical and Vocational College was a mix of books, laughter, friendship, and unforgettable memories. Every morning we promised ourselves we would study hard, but by lunchtime someone would already be saying, "Let's go and have tea first," and the whole plan would change.

Classes were always interesting. Some lecturers made us think deeply, while others could make the whole class laugh with their jokes. During practical lessons, everyone wanted to prove they were the best electrician, but sometimes a simple wiring mistake would leave the entire class laughing.

Dating was another chapter of college life. You could easily tell when someone had fallen in love—they suddenly arrived early for class, dressed better than usual, and never missed lectures if their special person was attending. Friends became detectives, always trying to discover who was secretly dating whom. Rumours spread across campus faster than Wi-Fi.

Weekend evenings were different. Some students relaxed by going out for drinks with friends. Stories became bigger after every bottle, and everyone claimed they would wake up early to study the next morning. When morning finally came, many were still sleeping while the serious students were already in the library.

Exams reminded everyone why they had joined college. The library became full, borrowed notes suddenly became valuable, and classmates who had disappeared all semester started asking, "Do you have the notes?" Group discussions continued late into the evening as everyone prepared to pass.

Despite all the fun, the friendships, the dating stories, and the occasional nights out, the greatest lesson from Kongoni Technical and Vocational College was that success comes from balancing enjoyment with responsibility.
