In the quiet village of Nyamoko lived Pastor Baraka, a man admired by everyone. The sick claimed they were healed after his prayers, barren couples celebrated children, and farmers believed his blessings brought abundant harvests. His church grew rapidly, and villagers honoured him as God's chosen servant.
As the years passed, Pastor Baraka became the richest man in the village. He built a magnificent mansion while many families remained poor. Whenever anyone questioned him, strange misfortunes followed. Fear silenced every voice.
One night, a young teacher named Omondi noticed the pastor secretly entering a cave deep in the forest. Curious, he followed from a distance. Hidden among the trees, he saw Baraka performing dark rituals before a shrine, surrounded by symbols and precious gifts. The pastor offered human sacrifices, believing they would grant him greater wealth, supernatural power, and control over the village.
Omondi gathered evidence and shared it with village elders and the authorities. At first, no one believed him. But when the hidden cave was discovered, the truth shocked everyone.
