There's this couple where a wife received a message from a mzungu on Facebook telling her how he wants to buy her a house in Eldoret worth kes 15 million shillings and this woman was told to pay for the transaction fees which amount to kes 500,000. The woman borrowed so many people because the mzungu guy seemed real and genuine.

So later on she realises they were not making any progress with the mzungu, she shared it with her close circle and they revealed to her that it's a scam. She had been scammed kes 500,000 by a mzungu. She now with her husband want to do an engagement, they've been together for 35 plus years, have older kids, but now they want people to fundraise for their engagement and people are starting to think it's another scam by them tryna make money to offset the debts they owe people because debtors have been on their necks since it's been months since the woman borrowed the money in hopes of returning it with good interest... But no money has hit her account, so much money has left her account, and now it's like in a situation between a rock and a hard place. They've resorted to bet on their marriage. It's a risk move, they say no risk no story. But truly, are they doing the right thing? Could they be genuine about this marriage thing or is it just another scam?? I guess tungoje tuone
