My experience working with children has been a journey of learning, mentorship and creating positive impact. Through my role as the Founder and Director of Shaping Futures Foundation since 2019, I have had the opportunity to interact with and support many children by providing mentorship, life skills training, education support, dance programs and community activities. I have learned how to understand children’s different backgrounds, identify their needs, and create safe environments where they can express themselves and grow.
Working with children has strengthened my patience, communication skills, leadership and ability to encourage young people to discover their talents and build confidence. I believe every child deserves love, guidance and opportunities to succeed. My experience has taught me the importance of listening, teamwork, and empowering children to become responsible and confident members of society.
