Insight into my mtumba business

I started mtumba business after covid19 When I decided to restart my mtumba business (Phase 2), I had limited capital. Instead of buying everything, I focused on fast-moving stock.

✅ Shirts
✅ Trousers
My strategy was simple:
Sell → Rudi soko → Buy more stock → Sell again → Repeat.
I didn't wait until I had a huge shop or enough money. Every profit I made went back into the business. Slowly, I increased my stock and gave customers more choices.
Business isn't easy. Some days the economy is slow. Weather changes affect customer flow. Rent and transport costs rise. There are days you make little or no profit.
